
The King and Queen are celebrating their twentieth wedding anniversary.
Their Majesties reach two decades of married life together on April 9th 2025.
The anniversary falls in the middle of an historic State Visit to Italy, their first official trip to the country as King and Queen.

Special portraits marking the milestone have already been shared with the couple posing for photos in Rome.
King Charles and Queen Camilla married at the Guildhall in Windsor on April 9th 2005 with a blessing following that same afternoon at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor.

The wedding marked the end of a long and sometimes tumultuous relationship played out in front of the world.
At their wedding reception, Queen Elizabeth II noted that ”they have come through and I’m very proud and wish them well. My son is home and dry with the woman he loves.”
