Prince Daniel and Princess Estelle got in the sporting spirit when they visited the World Ice Hockey Championship to cheer on Team Sweden as they faced Slovakia.
Prince Daniel and his daughter were able to visit Team Sweden in the locker room before the game against Slovakia to chat with the players.
Prince Daniel is the Patron of the 2025 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, but it’s not the first time we’ve seen the family enjoying the sport.
Last month, Princess Estelle and her younger brother, Prince Oscar, joined their cousins, Prince Alexander and Prince Gabriel, at an ice hockey game in Stockholm. All four of the young royals spotted cheering loudly.
Daniel and Estelle were good luck for Team Sweden at this year’s tournament, as they won their game against Slovakia 5-0.
The teenage princess chose a casual look for the outing, wearing an olive-green shirt-jacket and jeans. She also had a Team Sweden scarf around her neck.
Princess Estelle chose one of her favourite pairs of earrings for the game, a pair of diamond heart-shaped tear-drop earrings from Swedish designer Maria Nilsdotter.
